Congressman John Larson held this Access Live Event to speak with constituents of Connecticut 1st district about COVID-19. Congressman Larson spoke about the steps people need to take in order to not spread or contract the illness, and said that the CDC announced that gatherings of 50 people or more should be avoided. Congressman Larson also mentioned that calling your doctor or dialing 211 in advance of going to a hospital will help prevent our healthcare systems from being overloaded. Congressman Larson discussed multiple pieces of legislation that are underway to support the American people during this crisis.
