University of Notre Dame – Badin Guild held this Access Live event to discuss estate planning and featured Anthony (Tony) McCormick, Trust and Estate Planning Counsel with Perkins Coie. Tony explained the durable power of attorney, a living will, authorization for release of protected health information, cremation or burial instructions, and how property is transferred at death. Other topics addressed include living trusts, taxes, and Individual Retirement Accounts.
