The Northeast Annual Giving Conference hosted this Community Phonecast event as part of their monthly Lunch and Learn series. The event was entitled “Leadership Annual Giving 101 for the Gift Officer,” and featured the Manager of Major Gifts at Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo New York, Katie Homer. Katie provided basic information about annual giving from a gift officer prospective. There was also specific discussion about initial prospecting, engagement and follow up with donors, as well as advice on how to manage portfolios.
