The NAACP hosted this Access Live event to discuss black men’s health. This event featured Derrick Johnson, NAACP President, Joe Clair, Radio Personality, Dr. Cameron Webb, White House Senior Policy Advisor for COVID-19 Equity, Dr. Robert Drummond, Physician, Internal Medicine, Dr. Myron Rolle, Senior Neurosurgery Resident and Global Neurosurgery Fellow, and Kofi Siriboe, actor & Health advocate. They discussed vaccine research, the negative stigma around mental health among black men and women and how people can take care of their mental health. They also discussed suicide among African Americans, mental health resources, and how we can talk about mental health.
