Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger offers a public program called She Leads, which hosted this Access Live event to provide information about resources that are available for starting a small business.

There was discussion about the right or wrong time to start a business and how to determine if your business is worth pursuing. There was also discussion about funding your business and staying focused as you hit obstacles along the way.
