Douglas County Colorado hosted this Access Live event to discuss aging well in the community. A panel of community leaders joined the county commissioners to provide an overview of the county’s priorities for current and future senior residents. Aging Resources also provided information and answered questions concerning safety, senior living, and avoiding financial fraud and scams. Other topics of discussion included caregiver reimbursement, property values and taxes, transportation and accessibility services, financial aid and affordable housing.
