The event featured Dr. Sheldon Rowan, from the Tufts University Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging (HNRCA), who spoke with participants about how diet and lifestyle affect eyesight. Dr. Rowan spoke about the many foods and supplements that are recommended for healthy eye care and overall health.
