AARP Pennsylvania held this Access Live event with their members to discuss heating and electric bills during the winter. Pennsylvania Attorney General, Josh Shapiro, joined the event to introduce Patrick Cicero, Pennsylvania’s Consumer Advocate. Many participants joined the call and asked questions regarding assistance programs for window replacement/heating and electric, legislation for utility assistance, and the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) as well as other Customer Assistance Programs (CAPs).
