AARP New York hosted this Access Live event to inform members about the high cost of prescription drugs, policies New York State lawmakers should adopt right now to help New Yorkers struggling with high drug prices, and what you can do to make your voice heard on this important issue. The event featured Joe Stelling, Associate State Director, AARP New York; Jon Bartholomew, Government Affairs Director for AARP; and Kristen McMahon, Associate State Director for Advocacy for AARP. Participants asked questions regarding the EPIC Program, prescription drug copays, the budget, and the prescription drug transparency bill.
