AARP New York hosted this Access Live event to discuss the history of Black health in America. This event featured Reggie Nance, Associate State Director- Multicultural Engagement at AARP and Dr. Renee Williams, Associate Professor within the Department of Medicine at NYU Langone. They discussed some of the health disparities in the Black community. Participants asked questions regarding bowel obstructions, how often to get a colonoscopy, and how to prevent colon cancer.
