AARP New York held this event for their members to discuss the upcoming election and the importance that people of faith have in it. This event featured Pastor Wanda Nunez, Mars Ministries, Pastor Reginald Belton, New Destiny Church and Ministries, and Doctor Reverend Marvin Hooks, First AME Zion Brooklyn. Speakers discussed the role that the church has played over the years in voter engagement and some of the common issues of concern for this upcoming election. Speakers also addressed what to do if you are unable to vote in person due to being home bound and the importance of leaders who care for the older generation.
