AARP Nebraska hosted this Access Live event to speak with members across the state about Medicare open enrollment. This event featured Alicia Jones, Nebraska State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) Administrator, who provided an update on important Medicare changes and benefits for 2021. Nebraska SHIP is a division of the Nebraska Department of Insurance that offers local help to Nebraskans with Medicare. Participants asked questions about drug tier pricing, how to choose the best Medicare plan when there are so many available, and where to go for help with Medicare resources.
