AARP Missouri held this Access Live event in conjunction with AARP Kansas to discuss the top frauds and scams currently impacting consumers, and how to avoid them. Joining the call was Amy Nofziger, the Director of Fraud Victim Support for AARP’s Fraud Watch Network. Amy Nofziger alerted participants what to do if they or someone they know found themselves caught up in a scam. Participants also asked how to get off the list of scammers, how scammers hack into their accounts, data breaches, and the dark web.
