AARP Missouri hosted this Access Live event to update members on the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on its disparate impact and why communities of color are facing greater challenges. This event featured; Dr. Rex Archer, Director of Health for the City of Kansas City; Councilwoman Melissa Robinson, representing the 3rd district; and Councilwoman Ryana Parks-Shaw, representing the 5th district. They spoke about access to healthcare, health outcomes, and financial support in the Kansas City area.
