AARP’s Multicultural Leadership and the 100 Black Men of America hosted this Access Live event to discuss brain health. President of the National Black Nurses Foundation Dr. Alicia Georges and Executive Director of the Global Council on Brain Health Sarah Lock talked about cognitive aging and dementia and how it affects African Americans. The experts also provided information about how to recognize dementia and how the Global Council on Brain Health aims to reduce cognitive decline.
