Helping Preschoolers Succeed Amid COVID-19

AARP Maryland held this Access Live event to speak with members about managing the challenges that come with children staying home from school. Guest speakers on the call were: Dr. Jennifer Goetz, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins; Sharon Thorstensen, from the Maryland Retired School Personnel Association; and John Riley, from the National Education Association. Together, they shared tips on helping younger children thrive in this new environment and addressed participant questions and concerns.
