AARP Indiana hosted this Access Live event to update members on the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the role of broadband technology and telemedicine in the crisis. The event featured: Indiana Lieutenant Governor, Suzanne Crouch; FSSA Secretary, Dr. Jennifer Sullivan; Indiana Broadband Director, Scott Rudd; and AARP Indiana State Director, Sarah Waddle. Topics of discussion included obstacles to providing and accessing high speed internet to rural communities, struggles and successes with accessing telehealth, and social distancing practices.
