AARP Georgia hosted this Access Live event to discuss the cost of broadband and the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The event featured experts from the Georgia Technology Authority and Older Adults Technology Services (OATS), who shared ways in which to achieve digital equity by ensuring access to affordable high-speed internet for all. There was specific information about how to apply for the ACP, eligibility requirements, improving infrastructure, and other programs and resources designed to educate seniors about technology.
