AARP hosted this Access Live event to discuss how to maintain brain health. The event featured Larry Curley, Executive Director of the National Indian Council on Aging, and Executive Director of the Global Council on Brain Health Sarah Lock, and they shared facts and resources on brain health, specifically in the Asian American and Pacific Islander population. Specific topics include the five pillars of brain health, debunking myths about dementia, and the link between brain health and other disorders such as diabetes and heart disease.
