AARP Driver Safety hosted this event, featuring the team from the National Office. The team discussed what is in store for 2016, and highlighted their main goals for 2016 as continuing to improve and grow in volunteer engagement and support. They also encouraged and stressed the importance of communication, and are always working toward creating more awareness. AARP Driver Safety is exploring different channels to reach more participants including digital advertising, radio advertising and also a television commercial. The more people that know and learn about their program means that more drivers will be safe on the road.
